We offer an excellent delivery service with DPD and Fastway couriers.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and sent within 2-3 working days by courier. Delivery will then be within 3 working days. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.

Costs: Delivery is charged at €7.50 per order and is free on orders over €100. Some items such as ride on mowers may have additional charges. There is no delivery charge for items picked up in our shop.
Proof of delivery: Products will only be sent to the cardholders address. Customers will be required to sign a delivery docket by the courier as proof of delivery.
Machine Delivery: Not all machines will be delivered in their origional packaging as assembly may prevent us from doing so. In the event of assembly altering the shape or size from the item/s pre-assembled dimensions we will re-package in a different box for delivery. If you specifically do not want your item/s assembled or removed from their original packaging you should inform us as soon as possible after purchase so we can make arrangments for you.

Our Returns policy is simple and that's the way we like it!
If for any reason you want to return an order that is no problem. You the customer however will be fully responsible for organizing the return of the item/s to our store. You the customer will also be obliged to cover any delivery/shipping costs associated with the item/s return to our store.
For any warranty claim, the machine must be serviced at proper intervals and service records kept by the customer. Each machine must be maintained as instructed in the owners handbook.
All products are covered by the individual manufacturers warranty which will be detailed in the owners handbook/manual.
In the event of a warranty claim, you the customer will be responsible for transporting and covering any transport expenses arising from the item/s return to our store regardless of the warranty outcome. In the event of a succesful warranty claim and where the item/s must be returned to the customer, Donegan's will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase or seven days from the receipt of the goods, (whichever is longer). If you cancel and return your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition with all packaging and instructions to us at address shown on the "Returns Form" page. Any costs arising for delivery/shipping of the return will be covered by you the customer. We also leave the full responsibility of organising the return delivery (e.g, courier, post, etc) method with you the customer.
Clothing styles, colours and sizes can be exchanged with no extra charge providing the value of the newly selected item equals the value of the original item less the original shipping charge and the claim must fall within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item/s of clothing must be UN-WORN and In Their Original Packaging. You the customer will be obliged to pay for any delivery/shipping charges arising from the return of the goods to our store as is normal with all our returns.
Before returning anything to us you must get a returns authorisation number from us, call us on 042-666725 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns number, please note that anything returned without this number will not be refunded.
