You can also easily operate and guide your hedge trimmer with both your right and left hand . With the laser-cut, diamond-ground and hardened blades you can cut and trim large hedges, shrubs or other plants precisely and quickly. Thanks to the teardrop-shaped blade geometry with 34 mm tooth spacing, the branches are held in the cutting blade and cut cleanly with very good cutting performance .
If stubborn branches get stuck in the cutting blades, you can simply press the main switch to start the anti-lock braking system , which allows the cutting blades to run freely again by changing the direction of rotation. The STIHL anti-vibration system reduces vibrations on the handles, protecting your muscles and joints. This means you can also carry out longer operations comfortably .
When cutting, including near the ground, the cutting set is protected by the screwed-on guide guard .
