Chainsaw Ireland was set up to offer a full range of forestry, arboriculture, and chainsaw training courses throughout Ireland. Adrian Smith fully trained and qualified to NPTC standards and an approved Trainer & Assessor for both City & Guilds NPTC and Lantra courses.

Chainsaw Ireland is a progressive land-based training provider and information resource. Adrian’s expert services are now utilised nationwide and more recently internationally with a client base reaching into England and Scotland.

All instructors at Chainsaw Ireland have undergone rigorous technical evaluation to become members of the Lantra Professional Register. Annual updates and audits ensure our candidates are receiving the most comprehensive and quality assured training courses on the market.

As well as providing first-rate training, Chainsaw Ireland instructors are also fully qualified as NPTC Assessors. Certification with NPTC is the Industry minimum requirement for professionals within the Forestry and Arboriculture sector. All Assessors are annually up-dated and re-certificated. Assessors themselves must undergo rigorous training and evaluation to gain their qualification.
